Welcome to the Pelican Valley Health Center.  We are located in scenic Pelican Rapids, MN, overlooking the beautiful Pelican River.  Our continuum of care includes Riverfront Manor assisted living, Pelican Valley Health Center nursing home and a connection to Sanford Health Clinic.
